Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation, the measurements and the 3D rendering are all free, with no obligation to move forward afterwards.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on size, materials and collection, so any number before we see the space would be a guess. You get a written, itemized quote after the consultation — and an honest recommendation if a less expensive collection would serve you just as well.
How long does a project take?
Retail and RTA orders can ship almost immediately. Custom and semi-custom are made to order, with semi-custom usually the shorter of the two, so the timeline depends on the shop schedule and the size of your project. We give you a real date in writing before you commit.
Do you install, or is that on me?
Either works. Our own crew installs most of what we build, but if you already have a contractor we are happy to supply the cabinetry and let them set it.
Do you work with builders and designers?
Yes, and a good share of our work comes that way. If you are a trade professional looking for a local shop that answers the phone, get in touch.
What if I am outside your service area?
Call anyway. We are based in Milford and cover New Hampshire and Massachusetts, but we travel for the right project — we have worked as far out as Maine, Vermont, Martha’s Vineyard and New Jersey.
