NH Woodworks · our fully custom collection

Fully custom cabinetry, built from scratch in Milford

No catalog, no size limits, no reselling somebody else's boxes. You describe the space, we draw it, and the same shop that drew it builds it.

What Custom Actually Means

Drawn around your room, not trimmed to fit it

Plenty of shops call themselves custom and mean "we'll add a filler strip." We mean the cabinet is engineered at the dimension your wall actually is — including the wall that isn't square, the ceiling that slopes, and the 1890s farmhouse floor that drops an inch and a half across the run.

Every job starts as a measured drawing and a 3D render you get to argue with. Nothing is cut until you have signed off on it.

Capability

What the shop can do

These are the things that stop being possible the moment a project leaves full custom for a catalog line.

Any dimension

Built to the sixteenth. Odd widths, non-standard depths, ceiling-height runs and appliance surrounds that actually fit the appliance you bought.

Angles and slopes

Knee walls, dormers, staircase understairs, cathedral ceilings, radiused ends. If it can be drawn it can be built.

Species and finish, unlimited

Any hardwood, any stain, any paint color, any door profile. Matching an existing run in a house you are only half-renovating is routine work here.

Interiors engineered to the contents

Spice pull-outs sized to your jars, drawer banks sized to your pans, a pantry laid out around the way you actually shop.

Whole-house continuity

Kitchen, mudroom, bath and office drawn as one package so the door style, finish and hardware carry through the whole house.

One shop, start to finish

Designed, manufactured and installed by the same company. There is no vendor to blame if something is wrong — it is on us, and we fix it.

Honest Guidance

When custom is worth it — and when it isn't

We build all three collections, so we have no reason to push you into one you don't need.

NH Woodworks · Fully Custom

Choose custom when…

The room is the constraint
  • The space is an odd shape, or the house is old and out of square
  • You need to match cabinetry that already exists
  • A specific wood species or finish is non-negotiable
  • The storage problem is unusual enough that stock sizes waste real space
  • This is the forever house and you want it right, not fast
Elite Select & Elite Essentials

Choose Elite Select or Essentials when…

Budget or timeline is the constraint
  • The room is a standard shape and standard sizes genuinely fit
  • You want the look without the full-custom price
  • You need it sooner than a made-to-order lead time allows
  • It is a rental, a flip, or a room you will redo again in five years
  • A curated menu of doors and finishes is plenty of choice for you
The Custom Process

How a custom job actually runs

01

Measure & listen

We come to the house, measure the real space, and ask what goes in it. No sales pitch on this visit — it is a fact-finding call.

02

Draw & render

You get a 3D design and elevations. This is the stage to change your mind, and most people do, several times. That is what it is for.

03

Quote, itemized

A written breakdown, line by line, so you can see what each decision costs and drop anything that isn't earning its place.

04

Build & install

Manufactured on our own floor in Milford, then installed by our crew. One company, one point of accountability.
