Not every job needs to be built from scratch
Our NH Woodworks shop has been building fully custom cabinetry since 2006. But a lot of the people who called us had a standard-sized room, a real budget, and a project that simply did not require a bespoke box engineered to the sixteenth of an inch.
Elite Select and Elite Essentials are our answer to that: a curated semi-custom line and a stocked retail line, both held to the same standard as our custom work, sold and supported by the same designers.

Plan a closet — reach-in, walk-in, L-shaped or U-shaped — or a kitchen, bath or laundry room: tell it what you need and it lays out the cabinets in a 3D room you can walk around. Tap anything to change it, then send the spec straight to us.

Choosing Elite lowers the price of the cabinet. It does not lower the standard of the service around it.

About the Elite lines
What is the difference between Elite and NH Woodworks?
They are one business. Elite Closets & Cabinetry is the company, and it sells three collections. NH Woodworks is our woodshop in Milford — it manufactures all three, and it is also the name on the fully custom collection. Same owners, same designers, same install crew whichever one you choose.
Can I mix Elite cabinets with custom pieces?
Often, yes, and it is one of the better ways to control a budget. A common approach is Elite Select for the bulk of a run with a custom island, hood surround or built-in from NH Woodworks where the room gets difficult. Your designer will tell you honestly whether the finishes will match closely enough to do it.
How much cheaper are Elite Select and Essentials than fully custom?
It depends entirely on size, materials and which line, so any figure quoted before we see the space would be a guess. What we will give you is a written, itemized quote after the consultation — and if the custom version is only marginally more for a much better result, we will say so.
Do I have to install Elite Essentials myself?
No. Ready-to-assemble means it ships flat and can be assembled on site, which is what keeps the price down — but our crew will assemble and install it for you if you would rather not. Ask for it to be quoted both ways.
Does Design Your Space give me a price?
No — it does not show a price at all, so nothing in it can mislead you. Send the design and a designer comes back with a written, itemized quote once we have confirmed the measurements, the finish and the hardware.
